Old Lanwarnick is located betwixt Duloe and Pelynt villages in South East Cornwall, only 17 miles from Plymouth with easy access from the A38, and close to many attractions including; The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Carnglaze Caverns, The Camel Trail and many more all within easy reach. Just a short drive away (5-10 mins) are typical fishing villages such as Polpero and Fowey, which now boasts a Michelin star restaurant and some chic cafes and shops, along with the more traditional ones. There are also many National Trust properties in the area to visit. We welcome well behaved dogs by prior arrangement. You are more than welcome to bring your horse or pony as we have excellent stabling with individual turnout plus amazing hacking without roads! Accompanied hacking is available and we do have some horses available for hire depending on rider ability. |

Nob Come and relax at Hob Nob! A luxuriously converted barn with the 'wow' factor, perfect for that special, family holiday. Stone walls, high ceilings open to the eaves with many beams and open plan living, dinning and high spec kitchen areas (granite surfaces, range cooker etc), separated by a 25 foot high chimney breast with fish tank style log burner and 42" LCD tv. Enjoy the whirlpool bath or flood head showers after a day taking in all that is Cornish! The French balcony in the living area offers great, uninterrupted views, combined with stylish interiors it is where your holiday memories are made.
