Our Properties are NO SMOKING throughout.

All rental prices are inclusive of electricity, all central heating, logs, hot water, bed linen and towels. Basic cleaning materials are provided - guests are requested to leave the house clean and tidy on departure.

We welcome well behaved dogs by prior arrangement. You are more than welcome to bring your horse or pony ( at an additional cost. Please contact us to discuss your requirements) as we have excellent stabling with individual turnout plus amazing hacking without roads! Accompanied hacking is available and we do have some horses available for hire depending on rider ability.

Long weekends and short breaks are sometimes available please contact us for details.

Changeover day is Saturday - guests may arrive after 1.00pm on the first day of their stay and we would request prompt departure by 10.00am on the final day in order to prepare for our next guests.

Please use this as a guide only as we are taking bookings constantly.
