of history on site. The site is
surrounded by 100's of acres in an 'area of outstanding natural
landscape' it is only 3 miles to our closest beach, (which is
a true smuggler's cove,) Lansallos Cove and the South Coast Path.
Old Lanwarnick is located betwixt Duloe and Pelynt villages in
South East Cornwall, only 17 miles from Plymouth with easy access
from the A38.
Just
a short drive away (5-10 mins) are typical fishing villages
such as Polperro and Fowey, which boasts a Michelin star
restaurant and some chic cafes and shops, along with the more
traditional ones.
